All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Large items will be asked to be picked up after the sale time ends. Please bring someone to help load large purchases, we cannot assist you. And please bring a bag to collect items you wish to buy throughout the sale. We will have limited boxes to hold your items for purchase so come prepared to carry your haul as you shop.

Parking is specific and unique so please read all parking details if attending.
We are not responsible for any accidents, damage or lost or stolen property brought in or purchased from sale.

The home is down a 1 mile Shared Drive way. Please be kind as cars may be coming up as you come down so pull off onto grass at the top to let people pass. When Entering the driveway mind the cones and do not park in the parking spaces you will see. Those are for the other homes living back there and will be blocked off. DO NOT MOVE any cones you see. Instead Follow to the right along the caution tape to park to the left on the grass in slotted parking spots. People will be there to guide and help you. Please be kind and understanding of this unique property. If spots are full we will ask you to park on the main road and it is about a 1 or 2 mile walk from there. You are allowed to drop people off if we run out of spaces. I understand this isn't ideal. We are trying to be as accommodating as we can while respecting the home owners property. Thank you for your understanding.
GPS Will send you to the wrong home but it will put you in the right area so just follow the signs once you arrive. Thank You

This is a 3 story home with items in the basement and main floor, the 2nd floor has furniture only and items in the garage. There are a lot of antiques, collectibles, and home goods. Great for crafters in macramé or yarn. Tons of small crafting supplies and items to go through. A lot of baskets, kitchen items and mason jars.

Furniture: Desk, couch, bench, side tables, hutch, end tables, outside furniture that was kept indoors and just moved so its in good shape, coffee tables, and a great bed with a headboard, footboard, frame and box spring. Mattress sold separately. Old victrola parts that need to be cleaned up but are good parts. Records both large and small, and books. A Hermess 2000 type writer, an antique mixer both in great shape. We have tools and garage items to pick through as well as fishing items. Costume jewelry, some clothing and shoes. Beautiful lamps, kitchen glassware and so much more.

Thursday- Full Price (Everything is Tagged very reasonably and if you don't agree prices will go down each day.)

Friday- 25%off (Only a few items are exempt from this)

Saturday- 50%off (Only a few items are exempt from this)

Items 1 hour before Closing on Saturday will be 65% OFF (Only a few Items exempt from this)

Note: We will not tolerate aggressive or rude behavior. We will simply ask you to leave. This is a fun selling and shopping experience for all involved and we wont let anyone ruin that. Thank you for your understanding and kindness in advance.

The home is small but there is a lot to see. In this situation its first come first serve. No Early Birds! If we have to limit the amount of people entering the home for safety and a better shopping experience we will form a line outside and let you in as we see fit. We ask you to be patient with us as we stagger people entering the home. This way everyone has time to look at things without it getting to crowded. Thank you for your understanding.

We do have surrounding neighbors so please respect parking cones and signs. We will have someone attending parking so please park on the grass in the designated area they have laid out and do not move cones or go over or under caution tape. We have a one-way driveway that is a mile long. Please be cautious coming down the hill and pull over on the grass at the top only to let other cars pass if need be. You may ask you to park on the main street if we run out of spaces but be advised that it is a mile walk from the road to the home. We will be allowing people to drive up to the home but only if they have a large or heavy purchase or to drop someone off. we will not let anyone park in front of the home. you will see when you get here what we mean. Thank you for your understanding. We are not liable for any accidents.
