By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Amanda Auction Gallery, LLC. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns, unless specifically stated otherwise. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person during scheduled preview times. If you are unable to attend, please contact us to arrange a private viewing. Buyer's Premiums:

15% - Absentee and phone bidding

Shipping is not included. Buyers are responsible for all packing, handling, and shipping arrangements. Amanda Auction Gallery does not guarantee in-house shipping and is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers. We are happy to recommend reliable third-party shippers upon request. Local pickup is available by appointment, and all items must be removed within seven (7) days of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any bidder who fails to complete payment within the required timeframe will be considered in default. Amanda Auction Gallery reserves the right to cancel the sale, resell the item(s), report the bidder to the bidding platform, and/or pursue legal or collection actions as necessary.
