No Early Bird Shopping!

Line numbers will be given upon early arrival. Line up at front door for entrance. Items located in house, back patio, and garage.

Sales conducted during the estate sale are CASH ONLY!

If purchasing larger/heavier items such as furniture-

Please bring your own help to assist with the removal. Sales attendants are not available to load large furniture items.

Fragile, vintage and antique items throughout the sale. Handle With Care! You Break You Buy.. Please ask sales attendants for any help you may need when looking at items.

PLEASE Be Careful! The home is packed full of breakables and because there are so many items to choose from we had to display something up high and on walls. If you need help reaching for items please ask for a sales attendant.

There are small steps in some rooms. Please be aware. Homeowner and estate sale employees are not responsible for accidents or injuries. By attending this sale you agree to these conditions.

Items Paid In Full may be left up to 24 hours. Please make pick up/delivery arrangements with cashier.

Restroom facilities are not available for personal use.

If you have reusable shopping bags please bring them to use while shopping to gather the things you would like to purchase.
