Ready or not… it’s time for a Basement Party.

This North College Hill home, located just off Colerain Avenue, may be small in size, but it’s packed with mid-century personality and a serious love of music. The family who lived here held their faith close and their records even closer—and the house tells that story room by room.

Upstairs you’ll find the original record player and a collection of Christian records, while downstairs in the finished basement we discovered the real party: shelves of jazz, R&B, and soul vinyl, along with vintage stereo equipment that brought the whole house to life.
