Burning River Auctions LLC makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the condition, authenticity, or functionality of any item. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

�� Review Photos Carefully
Auction listings include images that represent the item’s condition as accurately as possible. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all pictures and descriptions before placing a bid. If an item has imperfections or damage, they will be visible in the images provided.

�� Payment & Pickup



Pickup is available only on Sunday—no alternate pickup times. Any unclaimed lots will be relisted 7 Days after the pickup window closes.

�� Shipping Information



Shipping will be through Shipping Saint

Buyers are responsible for additional packing material charges for larger or fragile pieces.

�� Final Bid is a Binding Agreement
Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The highest bidder at auction close is legally bound to complete the purchase.
