My Perkins Ave., Estate Sale Gallery is located at 3631 Perkins Ave., Cleveland, OH 44114. Just 1 block N. of Chester Ave. between E. 30th and E. 40th Streets, a few blocks from the Interbelt freeway. Park in the huge adjacent parking lot. Our door is located at the end of the parking lot & is flanked by galvanized planters with ferns-by the double loading docks, it says 3635 above the door. Enter into the industrial lobby & wait for the elevator attendant to take you up to the 3rd floor, or you can take the steps to your left-to the 3rd floor-to the 1st open door!
