When you’re at the sale and you’d like to buy a large item- pull the tag and hold on to it. That means you’ve bought the item- there are no tag backs. You must be line up AT the front door at 9:00am to receive your number, they are first come first served. The driveway is reserved for passenger drop-off and furniture pick-up only! Please be courteous to neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes. It is your responsibility to bring help and tools for removing furniture. Please inspect all items before purchasing. Everything is sold as is, and we cannot issue refunds. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries and reserve the right to inspect bags and belongings upon entry and exit.
