SPECIAL NOTE: Due to a select few that wish to "Get Something for Nothing", personal shopping bags or totes are no longer allowed at OPTIONS Estate Sales. If you bring a bag, you will be asked to leave it at the checkout counter. We recommend leaving purses in your locked vehicle as they will also be subject to a visual search. Baskets will be provided to assist with your shopping experience. OPTIONS reserves the right to refuse entry in the event an individual has an issue with this requirement.

PARKING - 1 side of the street only - DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF OR BLOCK MAILBOXES OR DRIVEWAYS - Please respect other people's property and accesses.

NOTICE- No secret video recording - Per Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 2933.52 - If you wish to record during the estate sale, please ask the employee at the checkout desk. OPTIONS will work to accommodate the request.

OPTIONS is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

WEATHER - Depending on the weather, you may be required to take your shoes off and/or wear shoe booties which will be provided.

CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

ALL ITEMS ARE PRICED AS IS. ACCORDINGLY, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS OFFERED.

DRIVEWAY IS FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING ONLY.

If you purchase a large and/or heavy item, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER TO HELP LOAD SAID ITEM. OPTIONS will deliver for an additional fee if desired.
