The registered credit card will be billed at the end of the auction. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged the morning after the conclusion of the auction for the entire amount of your purchase(s) (unless otherwise indicated on large ticket items). Be sure to have an available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. 4. REMOVAL: This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH ITEMS LOCATED IN EDINBUGH, OHIO. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE INDICATED REMOVAL TIME(S). NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACK'S WILL BE GRANTED. Winning bidders will be sent the full address. Winners of any firearms pay in full and meet up at Rattlesnake Hill to complete a background check and FFL transfer within one week of sale completion. Limited parking. We will message winning bidders after the sale with the full address. After the scheduled removal, items left will be considered abandoned. The amount of your purchase will be surrendered as a removal fee up to the total amount of your purchase for disposal of your item(s). 5. SHIPPING: Shipping within the CONUS (The Continental United States) MAY be available for some auction items at the buyer's expense plus a $15 convenience fee. MULTI-PARCEL: This auction will be multi parcel when appropriate. 11: FIREARMS: We observe all Federal and State gun laws. When bidding on Firearms, bidders must have a VALID State of Ohio ID, be 18 years of age to purchase long guns and 21 years of age to purchase handguns. All online gun sales must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. Buyers will undergo a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check when completing the transfer at the FFL dealer. Buyer is responsible for final auction fee plus transfer fees of $25 per item charged by the FFL dealer. The same person who registers to bid number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale – no one else will be permitted to make the transfer.
