ALL SALES FINAL! It is your responsibility to inspect all items you wish to purchase.

Numbers are given out at 9am Friday morning, first come first serve. We do not reserve numbers for anyone as it is not fair to those who may show up early.

We will limit the amount of customers inside the home to ensure a smooth sale.

We accept cash, Venmo, and check. Cash is preferred.

Friday prices are FIRM (unless otherwise specified by client)
Saturday, 20% off 10am, 50% off at noon, bargaining may begin at 1pm.

You must provide your own help to remove large items. We are sellers, not movers :)

Shoplifters will be banned. We have cameras, and switching tags does count as stealing.

Please remember you are entering someones home who is going through a big transition. Respect the home as if it were your own. If there are any issues, please let the staff know immediately.

NOTE: We can not accept card payment at this sale, but we can accept Venmo and Zelle. There is plenty of parking, but PLEASE be respectful when parking. You will be asked to move your car if you are blocking mailboxes or driveways!
