All sales on first floor and garage only. Please respect the DO NOT ENTER SIGNS!
Please respect the pricing, items are priced to sell, we will discount according to Estate preferences - please respect their wishes.
All sales FINAL.
Any altering of prices will result in criminal prosecution.
And lastly, NO PARKING IN OR BLOCKING DRIVEWAYS THROUGH OUT ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD AREA!
