PLEASE READ: Item Pickup in Huron Ohio. Shipping available on smalls. Address and instructions for pickup will be given to winning bidders after the auction closes. Winning bidders will receive an EMAIL or TEXT MESSAGE FROM SHIPPING SAINT (usually the morning after the auction) to schedule local pickup or request shipping.  MAKE SURE TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT! This allows a smoother pick up for everyone.

Items not picked up may be considered forfeited and disposal fees may be charged to the card on file.

All sales are final. No chargebacks or payment disputes are allowed, so please bid carefully.
Your card on file will be charged automatically after the auction for all purchases under $1,500, including the 15% buyer’s premium and any applicable taxes or fees.
For purchases over $1,500, or those including titled vehicles or gold, payment must be made by wire transfer, cash, or certified check. Credit cards cannot be accepted for these transactions.
If a card is declined (expired, insufficient funds, etc.), a $25 reprocessing fee will apply.

We charge a 17% buyer’s premium on all internet purchases. Sales tax will be added to the hammer price plus buyer’s premium, where applicable.
We may request a 25% wire transfer deposit from bidders who are new to us. If requested, this must be received before bidding can continue.
Your card may be charged at the close of the auction unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
Please make sure your payment method is up to date and ready before bidding. A $25 late fee will be added to any unpaid invoice after 12:00 PM (Noon) the next day.
To avoid any hiccups, we recommend verifying your registered name, address, and phone number with Proxibid before the auction.

Winning bidders will receive an email from Shipping Saint (typically the next day) to schedule local pickup or request shipping.
Pickup: Local pickup is by appointment only during designated times - schedule your appointment thru the Shipping Saint Link!
Shipping: We offer affordable shipping for small items only through Shipping Saint. Buyers pay all shipping costs. A minimal handling fee covers packing materials and labor. We reuse supplies when possible. Insurance is required. Shipping costs may exceed the item’s price—please bid accordingly.
Shipping invoices are usually sent within 10 business days after pickup ends. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Shipping may take 10 days to 2 weeks after auction close. For urgent shipping, contact us - if we can't meet your deadline, we can deliver to UPS at your expense.

Assumption of Risk: All persons attending the auction or pickup assume all risks of damage to person or property and agree to release and indemnify Mixed Bag Estate & Auction Services, LLC, (MBE&A) our Agents or Employees from any liability.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or returns. All sales are final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items, determine value and condition, and ask questions PRIOR to bidding. Descriptions and images are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Item Descriptions & Coin Grading: While we strive to describe items accurately, MBE&A is not responsible for errors or omissions. Bidders are solely responsible for verifying all information. Coins are NOT professionally graded. Any and all grades reflect the opinion of the auction firm only. No warranties are expressed or implied. The bidder is the sole judge of value, condition, authenticity, and suitability. Bidder is responsible for asking questions PRIOR to bidding and preferably in advance of the day the auction is closing. All sales are final.
Bidder Responsibility: Winning bidders are fully responsible for payment and pickup of their item. All items must be paid for in full at the close of the auction unless otherwise stated by auction firm. Bidders credit card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangement have been made with MBE&A.
Previewing Items: Bidders who do not preview in person accept the risk of relying solely on photos and descriptions. No refunds will be issued for oversight.
Default: Non-payment or failure to pick up items may result in forfeiture. Items may be resold at our discretion and any losses or fees may be charged to the original buyer.
Winning bidders will receive an email from Shipping Saint after the auction closes (usually the next day) to schedule their pick up time OR shipping requests.
Pickup Policy: Local pickup available by appointment only during scheduled times.
Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
MBE&A reserves the right to add, remove, re-catalog, or withdraw any item at any time prior to the lot closing. The auction firm’s record of the sale is final.

Arbitration Clause: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Jurisdiction will be Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Titled Vehicles: No titled vehicle will be released until full payment is cleared.
At the request of the auction company, this auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer or an employee of the auctioneer. While Proxibid's Unified User Agreement prohibits this behavior, in accordance with UCC 2-328, this auction is permitted to engage in this activity by providing this clear disclosure to you, the bidder. Absolute auctions do not permit bidding by seller or an agent of the seller.
Important Reminders - All sales are final and non-refundable.
No chargebacks are permitted. Read all descriptions and review photos carefully. Bidders are responsible for asking questions PRIOR to bidding - NOT after the auction starts to close. We may not be able to respond to last minute questions regarding items in the auction on the day off auction closing.
