REGISTRATION: Bidders must enter a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card along with required contact information. 2. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium on all items sold. This also covers the cost of processing credit cards. 3. PAYMENT: Payment for household items by credit card or cash. For the trailers, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 24 hours charged to your credit card, Full payment for the trailers will be due within 3 business days of end of auction. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged the morning after the conclusion of the auction for the entire amount of your purchase(s) (unless otherwise indicated on large ticket items). Be sure to have an available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. 4. REMOVAL: This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH ITEMS LOCATED IN MINERVA, OHIO. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE INDICATED REMOVAL TIME(S). NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACK'S WILL BE GRANTED. Winning bidders will be sent the full address. We will message you after the sale. Pickup will ONLY be Saturday, Nov 29th, 2025 from 10am-noon. After the scheduled removal, items left will be considered abandoned. The amount of your purchase will be surrendered as a removal fee up to the total amount of your purchase for disposal of your item(s). 5. SHIPPING: Shipping within the CONUS (The Continental United States) MAY be available for some auction items at the buyer's expense plus a $10 convenience fee. PICKUP OF ASSETS: Items are located in a house in MINERVA, Ohio. Winning bidders will be sent the full address, we will message you after the sale so please check your SPAM folder if you don't here from us by Friday. Pickup will ONLY be Saturday, Nov. 29th, 2025 from 10am-noon. BIDDERS are responsible for their OWN removal. The auction company staff does not provide moving services or tools. Please be prepared to move all of your purchases and bring your own help/boxes/dollys - some heavy items are upstairs. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Bidder further agrees to be held personally responsible for all purchases made on their bidder number and agrees that bidder will not charge back items which are not picked up during the published removal times. 7. WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION: You will be contacted by email ONLY (you are responsible for checking your email/Spam). NOTE: it takes time to process invoices so plan on up to 3 hours after auction close to receive your invoice. If you don't get an invoice, by Friday, message us. 8. AUCTION DESCRIPTION: Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. You are bidding on the described item with photographs as added description. Occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed or extra items shown in the pictures. Always read the item description. Any documented inspection or description is opinion, not fact and does not constitute a warranty of any kind. 9. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Please bid accordingly. Clover Auctions is not responsible for the use or misuse of items, infestation and pathogens, environmental harm or any injury or harm caused by items purchased. All sales are final. 10. MULTI-PARCEL: This auction will be multi parcel when appropriate. 11: FIREARMS: We observe all Federal and State gun laws. When bidding on Firearms, bidders must have a VALID State of Ohio ID, be 18 years of age to purchase long guns and 21 years of age to purchase handguns. All online gun sales must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. Buyers will undergo a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check when completing the transfer at the FFL dealer. Buyer is responsible for final auction fee plus transfer fees of $25 per item charged by the FFL dealer. The same person who registers to bid number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale – no one else will be permitted to make the transfer. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID FOR ANOTHER PERSON. If you know you are not supposed to possess a firearm, do not bid.
