Estate Sale Terms and Conditions

All Sales Are Final-
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

Payment Methods-
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards with a 3% card fee. No Checks will be accepted.

Pricing-
Discounts may be applied at the discretion of the estate sale organizer.

Item Removal
Purchased items must be removed by the buyer on the day(s) of the sale unless prior arrangements are made, (removal of some larger items may need to wait until after the sale that day at 5pm or even wait until after the sale is over on Sunday. Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting all their purchases.

Liability Waiver
The estate sale organizer and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises.

Holding Items
Items will not be held or reserved without full payment.

You Break It - You Buy It-
Any damage to sale items, whether you intended to buy them or not, will count as "You Break It-You Buy It", and you will be responsible for purchasing said items. So please watch your children carefully, if applicable.

Conduct
Please respect the property, staff, and other customers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.

No Early Entry
Entry to the sale will only be allowed during the advertised hours. Early arrivals may need to wait in line.

Tax
There will be no sales tax collected.
