Parking & Access: Please do not block the driveway, as it is reserved for moving larger items only. Parking in front of neighbors’ driveways or near fire hydrants is strictly prohibited.
Entry & Numbers: On Fridays only, you must be lined up at the door at 8:00 AM to receive a number. Numbers will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. No early entry and no presales are permitted.
Purchases & Payment: All items are sold as-is, first come, first serve. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items prior to purchase. All sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Cash App for payment.
Item Removal: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and equipment to move and load large items. All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale.
General Rules: Please be respectful of others and follow instructions from staff. There are no public restrooms available.
