Terms

*Bidder Registration:
Auction Plus, Inc. Reserves the Right to refuse service to any bidders for any reason(s). All bidders are required to be registered and provide a valid credit card upon registration. If a bidder does not show up for a pick-up during the designated time or make shipping arrangements before the end of the pick-up window, That Bidder's Bidding Rights will be discontinued for any future Auctions conducted by Auction Plus, Inc.

*Buyers Contract: All items are sold "AS-IS", "where-is" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. A bid is a legal binding contract. Buyers are responsible for honoring their purchases and payment is expected in full immediately at the Close of the Auction or before leaving the premises with your items if agreed to by Auction Plus, Inc.

*Auction Closing Schedule: Unless otherwise noted, each online auction closes three (3) items per minute, unless a bid is made within the final two (2) minutes, then the listed item will automatically be extended for an additional two (2) minutes.

Bid Increments: Bid increments are as follows; 
$1 increments up to $10.00
$2.50 increments up to $25.00 
$5 increments up to $100.00
$10 increments up to $300.00 
$25 increments up to $1000
$50 increments up to $3000
$100 increments up to $5000
$250 increments up to $10,000
$500 increments up to $20,000

*Payment: We Will Process all Credit/Debit Cards on File with your Bidder Registration Immediately Following the Close of the Online Auction.  We will add a 15% buyer's premium to each invoice and State of Ohio customers also charged 6.50% sales tax, County of Lorain. *Acceptable Payments are Cash, or Credit/Debit Cards. Payment via Wire Transfer is Acceptable only if agreed to by Auctions Plus, Inc. and the Auctioneer PRIOR to the Beginning of the auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers Agree that by Placing a Bid for Items that NO REFUNDS, Credit Card Chargeback’s, OR RETURNS will be Accepted by Auctions Plus, Inc. Furthermore; Any Payments Made By Personal or Business Check for Titled Items, Firearms, Heavy Equipment, Machinery, Large Bulk Items, AND/OR any Invoices of More Than $3,500.00 will not leave the premises until That check clears. (3-5Business Days) Payments Made by Cash, or Wire Transfer Will Be Transferred to the Buyer as soon as Possible.

*Merchandise Pick-up: Pick-up location will be posted on the winning bidder's invoice along with the prescribed pickup time. If you cannot make the pick-up time DO NOT BID! No merchandise will be removed from a location or transferred to another location unless paid in full.

Failure to Pick-Up or Pay for Merchandise: If a buyer fails to contact the Auction Manager or show up to pick up their items they will immediately lose bidding privileges. Bidding privileges will only be reinstated when the buyer pays all invoices in full whether or not the merchandise is still available to the buyer. A $50.00 disposal fee may be added to the invoice total.

*Transfer of Merchandise: If a seller agrees to transfer an item for an alternative pick up it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange pick-up within ten (10) business days. We will not call and remind you. After ten (10) business days the items will be considered abandoned and forfeited and become the property of the seller.

Inspection of Merchandise: All sales are Final No returns! Please inspect your items closely before leaving the property. We do our best to provide descriptions of an accurate nature; therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us with any questions on an item prior to bidding. 

*Untested Merchandise: We cannot test all items; therefore, unless otherwise stated, items are sold as "Untested" and are sold AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.

Shipping Policy:
NOTE: Only items marked "Shipping Available" can be shipped. Items not marked for shipping must be picked up by the buyer.
Winning bidders will receive an email from Shipping Saint the day after the auction to schedule their pick-up appointment or request shipping.
* All shipments handled by the auction company will include insurance equivalent to the hammer price.
* Please allow 7-14 business days after the last scheduled pick-up date for items to be shipped.
* If you need a list of professional shippers in our area, please contact the auction company.
Buyer Responsibilities:
* If using a different shipping or packing company, the buyer must notify the auction company and is responsible for arranging shipping directly with the chosen professional shipper/packer.
* Shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
* Large items & furniture: Winning bidders must make their own shipping arrangements (including palleting) or pick up their furniture items in person.

*Use of Site: Auction Plus, Inc. or it's Sellers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Auction Plus, Inc., in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Auction Plus,Inc. is Final.

*Indemnification: Buyer agrees to indemnify Auction Plus, Inc., its affiliates, and/or clients for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Auction Plus, Inc.,its owners, affiliates, clients or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
