We will be practicing social distancing and allowing a limited number of people into the house at a time.
Masks are not required, but please do not come to the sale if you are sick, coughing or have a fever. This is for your safety and ours.
Please Respect the Neighbors and Do not Park in front of driveways or mailboxes. Please look at special instructions for parking at the sale.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted but NO checks.
All merchandise is sold as-is & items are non refundable after purchase.
Large items must be picked up by March29th between 4-6 .You will need to bring proper help in loading ALL large items, our workers are not responsible to load . Any items not picked up will be forfeited-absolutely .
We will take cash and we also use Square for charge cards

The sale is very unique and eclectic. The owners of this home built it and lived in it for over 25 years. They loved to travel and collect items. They lived in Spain for several years and had many items sent back. we will be adding more information about the sale and more pictures in the next few days. Please check back.
