We will be practicing social distancing and allowing a limited number of people into the house at a time.
Masks are not required, but please do not come to the sale if you are sick, coughing or have a fever. This is for your safety and ours.
Please Respect the Neighbors and Do not Park in front of driveways or mailboxes. There will be no parking in the driveway of the sale property.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted but NO checks.
All merchandise is sold as-is & items are non refundable after purchase.
Large items must be picked up by Sunday August4 between 4-6 .You will need to bring proper help in loading ALL large items, our workers are not responsible to load . Any items not picked up will be forfeited-absolutely no holds.
