For larger items make sure to have help for loading these items. Items purchased must be taken the day of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Anderson Estate Liquidations is not responsible for items LEFT AT THE SALE AFTER PURCHASING FOR PICK UP LATER!!
Forms of payment are Cash, checks with proper ID, ZELLE and credit cards. There is a $50.00 minimum and 3% added to purchase when using credit cards. IF you are using a credit card, two forms of ID will be needed. You will also be asked to sign your receipt AND provide your address.
Neither the company or the owner are responsible for accidents.
Items are sold as is and there will be no refunds.
Shoes will be removed at SOME sales.
