TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lefflers Antiques will add a buyer's premium of 25% to the final "hammer price" of each lot.

Payments will be processed through the Live Auctioneers system with the processing fee paid by the buyer.

Correctness of description, reasonable care to catalog and describe correctly the items to be sold but does not warrant correctness of description, attribution, authenticity, or condition of said property. Items are SOLD AS IS. No returns.

Lefflers Antiques reserves the right to withdraw property before the sale.

Auctioneer determines the highest bidder.

This is an On-Line Auction. Lefflers Antiques will not be liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise), resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity.

Notification of Winning Bidders
Successful online bidders receive an automatic notification from Liveauctioneers. Lefflers Antiques will send a confirming e-mail within 2 business days after the end of the auction (or session) to the winning bidder confirming the bid price, buyer's premium and any relevant information and requesting information on a payment method or instrument. Payment shall be made within 5 days. If after 2 weeks, the item isn't paid, the item will be forfeited.

Packaging and Shipping
Winning bidders are responsible for all associated costs of packaging and shipping. A second invoice will be issued for payment once shipping fees are determined.

Low and high estimates are given for each lot. The estimates are merely guides for bidders and represent Lefflers Antiques opinion of the price a lot might bring at auction.
