You enter the property at your own risk. Family Nest Estate Solutions and the property owner are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
7. Prices Are Firm on Opening Day
We do not negotiate prices on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on following days at our discretion.
8. Children Must Be Supervised
For safety reasons, children must remain with an adult at all times.
9. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe manner.
