1) Numbers for orderly admission or a sign-up sheet will be available one hour prior to opening each day
2) Fine jewelry, gold, coins, guns, etc. are always stored off site
3) No large purses, handbags, etc. will be allowed there are NO EXCEPTIONS
4) Home is equipped with a 24 hour monitored alarm system and there are cameras on the inside and outside of the home
5) 2 Oklahoma City police officers on site throughout the sale
6) All items have been previously owned and are being sold "as-is" - inspect your item(s) throughly before purchasing
7) We are not responsible for accidents - please use caution when shopping
8) Dealers, Veterans and others that are tax exempt MUST LEAVE A COPY of their permit with our cashier
9) It it is absolutely required that you smile and have a good time!

Description & Details
Two nice estate sales in The Villas at Hidden Creek. The sales are side by side and though there is no parking inside the gated area, we will have a six seat golf cart going back and forth from the gate to the estate sales for those who can't or don't want to walk. More photos to come and as always, you'll find much more at our sales than you'll see in the photographs. We hope to see you there!
