3. Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax will be collected.

4. No Early Sales
No previews or early purchases. Doors open at the advertised time.

5. Entry & Sign-In
We honor a first-come, first-served line. Entry may be limited based on space

6. Bring Help to Load
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading large items. Please bring adequate help and vehicles. Staff cannot assist with heavy lifting.

7. Item Pick-Up
All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

8. Pricing & Discounts
We reserve the right to adjust pricing and offer discounts at our discretion. Day 1, all prices firm.

9. Security & Liability
Not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items. Enter at your own risk.

10. Children
Children must be supervised at all times.

12. Bags & Personal Items
Large bags may be restricted at entry.
