NOTICE REGARDING OUT-OF-STATE SALES & SHIPPING POLICY

TIME 2 SHINE ESTATE SERVICES

All items purchased for shipment, including out-of-state purchases, are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- **INSPECTION REQUIRED:** All items must be inspected in person by the purchaser or their authorized representative prior to shipping. Buyers are responsible for verifying the item's condition, completeness, authenticity, and suitability before completing the purchase.

- **ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS:** All merchandise is sold in its existing condition, without additional warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

- **SHIPPING COSTS:** Shipping, packaging, handling, insurance, and any additional transportation expenses are separate from the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping arrangements and associated charges must be approved and paid prior to shipment.

- **FINAL SALES:** All sales are final, subject to applicable law. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted based on conditions disclosed or reasonably observable during the required inspection.

- **SHIPPING LIABILITY:** Time 2 Shine Estate Services is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Any shipping-related claims must be directed to the appropriate carrier.

PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGMENT:** By completing a purchase requiring shipment, the purchaser acknowledges acceptance of these terms, confirms that the required in-person inspection has been completed, and accepts responsibility for all additional shipping-related expenses.
