PLEASE PREPARE TO WAIT, BRING A CHAIR WHATEVER YOU NEED, WE TRY TO GET YOU THROUGH ASAP, BUT THERE IS SO MUCH STUFF I'M SURE FOLKS WILL WANT TO LOOK THOROUGHLY.  (IF THERE IS RAIN, WE MAY CHOOSE TO HAND OUT NUMBERS, TO HELP FOLKS STAY DRY. ) DRESS!!! PREPARE FOR WALKING COMFORTABLY, THERE ARE BARK CHIPS DOWN TO GET TO THE SHOP FROM THE HOUSE AND GARAGE, BUT IT MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR SOME OF OUR ELDERLY, OR LIKE ME BAD KNEE'D FOLKS!!! FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN BAG, WE WILL ASK YOU TO EMPTY IT, BUT DON'T MIND YOU BRINGING YOUR OWN, THERE ARE SO MANY PINS, NEEDLES, AND RAZON BLADES, SOME FROM THE 1920'S WE HAVE TRIED TO GET ALL OF THEM BUT FEEL FREE TO BRING GLOVES AND FLASHLIGHTS, IT'S ONE OF THOSE SALES.  WE LOOK SO FORWARD TO YOU COMING AND ENJOYING THE WONDERFUL TIME CAPSULE, THIS BEAUTIFUL FAMILY HAS LET US INTO THEIR LIVES!!!! PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND TO EACH OTHER! IF YOU ARE BUYING TOOLS OR LARGE ITEMS FEEL FREE TO HAVE US MAKE A LIST FOR YOU TO TAKE TO THE REGISTER.  SEE YOU SOON!!!!

car but only then)
c) Please bring help to move large or heavy items. We do NO heavy lifting!! Bring your own tools when needed. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
d) ADA - individuals if you need a place to park close you must call 503-984-2998 - 2 days prior to the sale so we can make sure we have a spot for you, we will only have one spot available, so please plan to have someone drop you off at the driveway, you just can't block the driveway we
use it for pick up only. We Accept: All major credit cards! /I'm sorry we cannot accept checks.
e) At our sales if you are interested in a piece of furniture, it is very important that you pull the tag off the furniture and replace it will a sold sticker. We will have both available. Thank you for shopping with David Johnson Estate Sales.
f) The houses we work in are under 24/7 watch and alarmed. Our sales have security cameras and civilian clothed security present. SHOPLIFTERS will be prosecuted!! If you are caught changing or removing price tags you will be leaving immediately
g) ALL SALES ARE FINAL We provide great shopping experiences. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
