Terms & Conditions – Nest Egg Estate Sales
• Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. A valid credit card is required for bidding approval.
• Buyer’s Premium: A 20% internet premium will be added to all purchases.
• Sales Tax: Calculated automatically at checkout based on applicable regulations.
• Invoices & Charges: Invoices are sent at the close of the auction. All cards on file will be automatically charged 24 hours after auction close if not paid manually prior.
• Shipping:
• We ship small items nationwide.
• Shipping is processed in-house and may take 1–2 weeks.
• Shipping costs will be added to your invoice and charged separately.
• No shipping on furniture or large/oversized items.
• Buyers are responsible for arranging third-party shipping for large items.
• Pickup:
• Local pickup is scheduled for Thursday & Friday following the auction (10AM–4PM) at our Dallas, Oregon location.
• Exact address and instructions will be included on your invoice.

• Important:
• All items are sold as-is, where-is.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to review descriptions and photos prior to bidding.
