PLEASE READ: At the request of the auction company, this auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf. Payment Instructions: At the end of the auction, you will receive an invoice sent to you through Proxibid. Please follow the prompts to PAY, and please select the METHOD you wish to collect your winning lots. Make sure your card on file is valid or enter a new card under 'Payment Methods'.

ALL CARDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RAN 24 HOURS AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES, if you did not already pay through the invoice as prompted. If we were unable to run your card on file you will receive email reminders, please use the 'Pay Now' prompts located on the invoice.

Shipping Instructions: We ship small lots nationwide. If you win a item please send us a email, in the title write “shipping” once the auction has closed. Shipping can take 1 -2 weeks so please be patient.
If you live outside of the local area, we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will be charged automatically 24 hours for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated and added to the invoice. Shipping is handled in house for smaller lots, please email for any shipping questions.
Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy or over-sized items, hazardous materials/liquids, etc., anything that is not allowed in standard shipping; buyers must make their own freight/third party arrangements for these items. We will not deliver items to third party shippers.

Checkout Date & Times: In person pickup, is Monday and Tuesday, June 29th and 30th, 10 am to 4 pm at our Dallas auction house. You will be emailed an invoice with shipping and pickup instructions. No appointment necessary.

-Thank you for participating in our auction! If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Your registered credit card will be charged within 24 hours of completion of the auction, for the items you have purchased. Then, your card will be charged again, for the shipping and handling cost if needed.

-If you live within the Oregon or Washington, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickups are available by appointment detailed in the invoice.

Neither Nest Egg Auctions & Estates Company or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. By registering for a bidding number, either in person, online or when placing an absentee, telephone you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied.

-There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof.

-By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone.

-Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser.

-The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256. Please look at the pictures as this is the actual box lot you will receive. It is the buyer's responsibility to make that determination in regard to condition of the items. We do not guarantee authenticity of any item. That is the buyer's responsibility to schedule an appointment and view the items before bidding. We make no claims to authenticity or the accuracy of an item or description of the item listed for bid.
