EAGLE POINT ESTATE SALE

JP'S is excited to host another fantastic estate sale. This sale will be in Eagle Point, this Friday and Saturday, August 28th and 29th. One street north of the Country Club, off Eagle View Drive.

There will be no signs on course property, so coming in off Mill, past the schools, is probably easiest.

This sale has some super cute stuff inside, super cute yard art, and a fantastic tool shop. Lots of Craftsman, 2 pieces of JET, quality kept tools, hand tools, bench tools and more. There is ammo, fishing gear, hunting gear, vintage hunting knives.

JP's holds a current FFL license, however ALL guns are being held and sold off site for the estate.

There is some killer OLY beer Collectibles. Neon sign, lights, figurals, and more.

There is lots of project wood, sheets, sticks, etc.

Outside there is yard art. And flowers. And lots of fake indoor flowers.

There is 1 bedroom, 1 office, with a desk, file cabinets, etc. There is a hand made gun cabinet.

There is a armoire. Kitchen ware includes, Cast iron, cooking wear, pots and pans, etc. Tiny bit of jewelry, few pocket knives, few buckles, few bolos.

Come on out this Friday and Saturday in Eagle Point. Enter off the street, not the cul-de-sac (for loading ONLY, not an exit or entrance.) Please do not block driveways. Audio and video surveillance at all times. THANK YOU, and see you this weekend.
