Estate-sale items are purchased on the secondhand market and may show age, wear, staining, scratches, missing pieces or other signs of previous use.

We do our best to organize and accurately represent everything, but buyers are responsible for fully inspecting items before purchasing.

1. Open boxes and check for missing pieces.
2. Test electronics and small appliances whenever possible.
3. Examine glassware, ceramics, furniture and framed artwork carefully.
4. Research items for any necessary parts or accessories.
5. Ask questions before checking out if you are unsure about anything.

All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Mindful Recycle LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage that may occur on the property. Please watch your step and shop carefully.

Payment and Pickup Information

We accept:

Cash, credit cards, debit cards and tap to pay.

No checks, Venmo or Zelle.

1. First come, first served.
2. No presales.
3. Please bring your own help and an appropriately sized vehicle for furniture and larger purchases.
4. Our staff cannot move or load large items.
5. Purchased items must be removed during sale hours unless another arrangement is approved before checkout.

All available certificates of authenticity are on file with the cashier unless otherwise stated.

Some tables, shelving, racks, tablecloths and other materials may be used for staging and may not be available for purchase. Only items that are clearly tagged or confirmed for sale are included in the sale.

The refrigerator, built-in microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer are not for sale.
