Stylish St. John's Estate/Downsizing Sale

Welcome to the STYLISH ST. JOHNS ESTATE/DOWNSIZING SALE. This IS A TWO LEVEL LEVEL HOME and the sale features clean and like new stuff. This sale features Modern and MCM Style Furniture, Vintage and newer clothing - Women’s and Men’s, Vintage Art, High End Coffee Equipment, kitchenware, patio Papasans, jewelry, videogame equipment, and more. First off, here is some logistical information:

• Address for the sale will post at 7am on Friday. 

• House is monitored via alarm system. Caretaker onsite. Do not disturb.

• There IS a list for this sale. If you want priority entry, please come early to sign your name on the list. You can go get coffee and return by 9:45am for roll call. We can let the first 20 people inside at opening. If you aren’t a list person, just come by after the first hour.

Please note:

• PARKING: There is plenty of street parking. Please…  DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS OR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. 

• We do NOT share the address ahead of time.

• This sale is in St. Johns - North Portland, OR

• The sale HOURS ARE 10am- 4PM Friday - Sunday

• Be mindful of signage.

• Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale. Enter at your own Risk.

• Estate sale homes can be dusty, musty, have uneven surfaces, have spiders, etc. Please feel free to wear a mask if you are sensitive to dust. Wear comfortable shoes and watch your step.
