LIVING ROOM:

Fantastic light turquoise / aqua sectional sofa - custom made in PDX.  Wall art, media center console by Room and Board - super handy and really nice looking, custom made orange crushed velvet ottoman - made in PDX.  Billy Perkins art print series - Robert Plant, Paul McCartney and Paul Stanley.

Books, crystals and plants scattered throughout the room.

DINING ROOM:

Incredible dining room table with hidden expandable leaf to seat 8 - comes with 4 chairs and made by Callagaris. Just perfect for your modern and hip home! Pair of very heavy and very modern metal barstools with turquoise seats. Large, new area rug. "Inspiration" letters, Chinese New Year supplies...

KITCHEN:

 Serving pieces, pots and pans, bakeware, toaster oven, storage pieces, some food items/tea, swanky "Herdmar" flatware set... lots of little add ins.

DOWNSTAIRS "OFFICE":

Who doesn't want an awesome orange sofa? With a chaise, no less. AND it has a secret - it's also a hide-a-bed! American Leather brand with an upgraded Tempurpedic mattress! SO GOOD. There is also a very pretty mirrored side table, Art, IKEA smaller media cabinet, baskets of purses and hats.

UPSTAIRS:

MASTER BED/BATH:

Lots of nice men's and women's clothing - M-L. Some designer names.THE BED. Oh my! Whoever walks away with this is one lucky person! This platform bed is from Copeland furniture and has attached nightstands. And let's not forget the mattress...  King size Dormeuse REM9 active organic mattress - possibly the best mattress money can buy. Bed can be sold with or without the mattress. There is also a sweet dresser from Copeland that matches the bed - sold separately. In the corner of the room there is a George Nelson cigar bubble floor lamp made by Herman Miller.

In the bathroom off the master you will find hygiene, cosmetics and more.

OFFICE:

Silver branch style lamp, cute black and white side table, inspirational wall art, ladder bookcase, lots of office supplies, games, SUPER FUN chair by Kartell with graffiti design. 

You will also find some of the usuals - towels, cleaning supplies, lightbulbs. Household maintenance supplies.

OUTSIDE:

Small shop vac, large wind chimes, cushions for outdoor benches, some gardening tools and chemicals. Huge umbrella for a table.

This is not a crazy big sale, but it really packs a punch with style, color and positive vibes!!  Please take a note that many of these items will be a little more than your average estate sale prices - because, quite simply - it's not your average estate sale!!

Also - please don't forget - if you are coming for large furniture... BRING HELP! We can assist with some things, but you should bring your own muscle! And it wouldn't hurt to bring your tool kit. :)
