Attending a sale is a voluntary act and Thompson’s Estate Services, LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the premises during the sale.

Street Parking. Please follow all street signs and do not block neighbors driveways.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

Depending on the size of each property, we may restrict the number of shoppers inside at one time.

Please bring helpers and an appropriate vehicle to assist you with moving and hauling any large items. Our team cannot assist in the moving of large items unless absolutely necessary. If a team member helps you, please tip them appropriately. Pick-ups for a later date (Sunday, etc.) are possible with a deposit or full payment. Please consider tipping our crew if they carry heavy items out for you, but we prefer you to move items yourself.

CASH or CREDIT CARD or VENMO. No checks will be accepted. No valuables left on-site. Caretaker on-site. Property is monitored.

We will consider reasonable offers made and Sundays are always 50% off. Fine Jewelry is typically only 30% off on Sundays. However,  Some items may be on reserve price or open to bids.

If you are sick, please stay home and feel better. We will have plenty of other sales in the future that you can join us at.

Please be aware and compassionate that we are usually having a sale for a family that recently lost loved ones. As such, sometimes our clients decide last minute to withhold certain items for sale due to sentimental reasons. Although we try our best to photograph only what is available to sell, sometimes things get missed. Thanks for your understanding.

Welcome to the Super Unique in SE - Portland Estate Sale! Lifetime collection of all things unique and whimsical! Our clients were a part of the Society for Creative Anachronism and celebrated the arts and crafts of the middle ages and Renaissance! She was also a bellydancer and costume creator. He was a blacksmith and made swords from what we know. So…super unique finds, an incredible tool shop, beautiful period clothing, belly dancing outfits and jewelry, everyday items, loads and loads of fabric, plenty of costume and silver jewelry and so much more!

IMPORTANT Logistical info:

  1. There is a list for this sale. LIST WILL BE ON THE DOOR AT 7AM. If you want priority entry for Friday and Sunday, please sign up on the list IN PERSON and return by 9:45am for roll call.
  2. Address for the sale will post at 7am on FRIDAY MORNING.
  3. THIS IS A THREE DAY SALE.
  4. House is monitored via alarm and camera system. Caretakers onsite ALL WEEKEND. Do not disturb.

  1. PARKING: STREET PARKING BUT BE MINDFUL OF SIGNAGE.
  2. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS, MAILBOXES, PARK THE WRONG DIRECTION, OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES.
  3. We do NOT share the address ahead of time.
