PDX Estate Warehouse was created as a collaborative effort between PDX Estate Services and ThreeSixty Estate Services. The idea stemmed from our firsthand experience with the overwhelming demand for estate sale services and the realization that there simply weren't enough weekends in a month to accommodate all the estate sale opportunities that came our way. We were determined to find a more efficient solution, which led to the creation of PDX Estate Marketplace.
In addition to our traditional in-home estate sales, we have expanded our offerings to include buyouts and consignments for households facing time constraints or dealing with HOA/neighborhood restrictions that prevent them from hosting conventional estate sales. We are thrilled to introduce you to the remarkable estates we've diligently collected, sorted, priced, and staged. Our vast 20,000-square-foot space is brimming with incredible finds, and we also have additional storage units filled with estate buyouts and consignments eagerly awaiting their turn in the spotlight. So come tackle some early holiday shopping, check out our incredible vintage and mid-century finds, or stop by to support a small business and shop in a sustainable way!

Our warehouse sales are EPIC, we acquire upwards of 20+ estates a month and bring them to this location to liquidate. It's not a thrift store, it's a beautifully curated estate warehouse. We are proud to provide this service to our consignors and to bring these beautiful items here for you to shop! Please understand, we are not a thrift store, non-profit or garage sale. Our prices are fair market value and we work very hard to bring you ONLY the best items.
If you have a spouse that does not particularly want to come, please DO NOT PARK THEM on a sofa. We are trying to sell all these items in just two days. If your person is hanging out to guard your goods, we got you! We have a hold area just for that reason.
This month we are lucky enough to have a a coffee cart onsite! Sweet Dahlias Coffee cart Saturday 7am-12 and Sunday 8am to 12. Perfect for waiting in line and supporting small businesses! Follow along @sweetdahliascoffee for more info.
We have so many incredible estates this month. One being primarily art. It brings such warmth and interest to the building. We are also happy to have NEW 2026 Dovetail Furniture line in the store this month at much less that retail. So perfect to mix with the vintage look. The quality is outstanding and the look is ohh-laa-laaaa.
With over 20 estates onsite, we have anything you could imagine. We hope you'll find some time to visit us this weekend.
