We love hosting beautiful, organized, and enjoyable estate sales — and we want everyone to have a great experience. Here’s how we keep things running smoothly:

�� All Sales Final

Everything is sold as-is, where-is. No warranties, no guarantees, no returns, no exchanges.
Please inspect your treasures carefully before purchasing — once it’s yours, it’s yours!

⏰ No Pre-Sales

We do not sell or price items before the sale begins.
The fun starts when the doors open!

�� Payment

We happily accept:
• Cash
• Credit cards
• Debit cards

We do not accept checks.
Card payments include a 3% convenience fee.

�� Entry Policy

We are proudly first-come, first-served.
We do not do sign-up sheets, lists, or numbers.
If you started a list in your car… we admire the initiative, but we won’t be honoring it.

�� Loading & Large Items

Found the perfect dresser? Wonderful!
Please bring help to move large, heavy, or bulky items — we do not provide heavy lifting. If a staff member assists you, gratuities are always appreciated.

�� Security

The homes we represent may be alarmed and/or under 24/7 monitoring.
Security cameras and professional security staff may be present.

Shoplifting is not a hobby — and it will be prosecuted.

�� Good Vibes Only

We aim to create a pleasant and enjoyable shopping environment.
Nest Egg reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in a way we consider disruptive, unsafe, or just plain rude.

We are not responsible for personal injury or property damage at the sale site. Please shop carefully.

�� House & Shopping Guidelines

�� Be Respectful

You are shopping in someone’s home. Please treat the property and its contents with care and consideration.

�� Leave the Tags On

If you love it, keep the price tag attached until checkout.

�� Hold Policy

Buying a large item? Let a staff member mark it SOLD.
Please respect the hold area and do not remove items already claimed.

�� Pricing

Day One: Prices are firm.
Later days: Reductions may occur.

If you choose to make an offer on discount days, please be kind — and accept a “no” gracefully.

�� No Pricing by Phone or Email

We are busy staging and organizing. We do not give pricing information before or during the sale via phone, email, or message.

�� If You Break It…

Accidents happen — but if you break it, you buy it.

�� Restrooms

Restrooms are not available for public use. Thank you for understanding.

�� Parking

Please be considerate of neighbors.
Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or alley access.

�� Bring Supplies

Bring your own bags, boxes, and packing materials.
We recommend coming prepared — treasures tend to multiply quickly.
