We attempt to accurately describe the items being auctioned, but all property offered for auction is strictly as - is. Fine jewelry (silver and gold) is sold as-is and descriptions listed indicate the makers mark (if any) and metal type (sterling, 10K, 14K etc.) stamped on the item. In general, we do not test metal or stones on jewelry, unless listed. While we attempt to research all items, we do not provide third party authentication or guarantee authenticity. Prior to registering a bid, please refer to the full descriptions, condition reports, dimensions, and images provided for each lot within the online catalogue. Please ask questions before placing a bid. All sales are final and no refunds are given. The sales records shall be conclusive. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity of each item. No statement in this catalogue or by representatives of us shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Written and oral descriptions given by our staff members are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections. By bidding, you signify that you have reviewed the information provided online about the item and accept that the item is sold as-is.

This auction may include items marked as either "No Reserve" or "Reserve":
-No Reserve: Item is guaranteed to sell to the highest bidder.
-Reserve: A hidden minimum price must be met for the item to sell.

-a 15% Buyer Premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot.
-Bidder pays the credit card processing fees. Credit Card Fees will also be added at 3% plus 25 cents per transaction.
-If items not paid for within 72 hours of bid closing, item will be Automatically Charged to Bidder Account on file.
-Invoices are sent within 48 hours after the auction. Payment is due immediately upon receipt.
* Items must be paid for in full before shipment.
* Items not paid for within 7 business days may be relisted

-Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (USD only).

-Thompson?s Estate Services reserves the right to hold merchandise until funds clear.


-Buyer Default
If the buyer fails to fulfill payment or other obligations, we may:
*Cancel the sale and retain any payments as damages.
*Resell the item at auction

-All sales Final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
-Shipping is handled by Live Shipping and the buyer pays all shipping costs.
-Local Pick-up is available in Portland Oregon. If you choose the local pick up option, location and instructions will be included in your invoice.
-All shipping is at buyer's risk.
-We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged items during transit.
-Incorrect addresses or failed deliveries will require the buyer to pay re-shipping fees.
