We open at 9:00 a.m. Friday morning signup sheet will be out at 7:30, we will begin calling names at 9:00 - you MUST BE PRESENT at that time, if we call your name and you are unavailable, you will lose your spot - we appreciate your patience.

Cash Preferred and credit cards accepted with a 3% convenience fee on all credit/debit card purchases. NO Personal Checks accepted.

All sales are based on first come, first served only, and you must be on site at premises to make purchases. On occasion, items will be cross posted to help ensure a sale and will be stated in our listing. We do not quote prices prior to sale.

All sales are final with NO returns accepted. Items are sold AS-IS with no written or assumed guarantee.

Please bring bags and wrapping materials for your purchases.

Please be careful when handling items, if you break it - you buy it.

Staff at sale CAN NOT help load heavy items. PLEASE have a plan to remove and load large pieces.

Not responsible for accidents - please take care in walking on property.

No restrooms.

No dogs allowed.
