This lot features a stunning polished fossil sculpture featuring embedded ammonite and orthoceras fossils. This sculpture measures, 17.5” H x 12” W x 4” D.
The lot features a Rollei Magic twin-lens reflex (TLR) camera. This vintage medium format camera was produced by the German company Franke & Heidecke between 1960 and 1962. It uses 120 film and produces 6×6 cm images. The camera features a 75mm f/3.5 Schneider Xenar taking lens and a 75mm f/3.5 Heidosmat viewing lens. A key feature of the Rollei Magic is its automatic exposure system, which relies on a built-in selenium light meter. The camera’s design is based on the Rolleicord series and was an early attempt at an automatic camera in the medium format market. Tested and in good working condition.
