Winning bidders will be contacted within one week after the auction ends to arrange local pickup or to select shipping options. Shipping options include in-house shipping or third-party shipping. In-house shipping fees are invoiced separately after the auction invoice is paid in full either through Square or Proxibid, and estimated shipping costs will be provided at that time. Third-party shipping is outlined in each lot description if applicable (see shipping instructions for more information).

Preview Date & Times: We encourage all bidders to preview our auctions ahead of time. To schedule a preview appointment, please contact us at info@archivenw.com. Previews are available by appointment only, and we will work with you to find a convenient time.
Checkout Date & Times: Winning bidders with paid-in-full invoices will receive a scheduling email after the conclusion of the auction to arrange for pickup. Pickup appointments will be available on Tue, 4/8/25, and Wed, 4/9/25, by appointment only.

Bidders are required to enter valid credit card information upon registration with Proxibid. If you have previously registered with Proxibid, please ensure your credit card information is current before registering for this auction. Sales tax will not be collected on items sold in this auction.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ACH payments, and cash payments for local pickup buyers. At the conclusion of the auction, all winning bidders will be invoiced, and the credit card entered into Proxibid will be charged for the total amount, which includes all winning bids and the 15% Buyer's Premium.

If you'd like to pay by ACH or cash at pickup, we'd love to make that happen! Just let us know before the auction ends by emailing us at info@archivenw.com so we can ensure your card isn't automatically charged. Paying in cash at pickup helps us save on credit card fees, which means more support for our small business and your local auction team. Thank you for considering it, it makes a difference!

All sales are final, and Bidders waive the right to initiate chargebacks on their credit cards for any reason. If a form of payment is declined, a $30 processing fee will apply to attempt payment using another card. We reserve the right to charge the card on file a 25% restocking fee for unpaid items.

If payment cannot be processed, Bidders have 72 hours to provide a valid payment method, which must include the total amount due plus the $30 processing fee and 25% restocking fee. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the items. Non-payment will be reported to Proxibid, and Bidders may be restricted from participating in future auctions with us and potentially other Proxibid auctions.

For in-house shipments costing $25 or less (excluding packaging), we will charge the card on file and send an updated invoice. For costs over $25, we will provide an estimate before proceeding. **Please note all cameras, lenses, and any glass items will be double-boxed for shipment.**
Shipping is handled by a third-party shipper if noted in item descriptions. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging 3rd party shipments. We recommend UPS Salem Store (503-391-7075, store6892@theupsstore.com). If using a different shipper, you must arrange item pickup from Archive NW. We reserve the right to decline in-house shipping and require third-party shipping for certain items. All invoices must be paid in full before finalizing shipping. All shipping arrangements must be made, and Archive NW informed, by Thursday, 4/10/25. By bidding, you agree to pay all associated shipping fees.
