Furbish off-site Clearance Sale

Terms

1. **Sale Dates and Hours:**
- March 29th, 9 AM to 4 PM: Everything 50% off.
- March 30th, 10 AM to 2 PM: "Make Us an Offer" Day.

2. **Location:** The sale will take place at an off-site location, not at the Furbish store. The address will be announced on March 28th via Furbish’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

3. **Payment Methods:** Acceptable payment methods include cash, credit cards, and debit cards. No checks will be accepted.

4. **Returns and Exchanges:** All sales are final. Items purchased at the clearance sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. **Item Conditions:** Items are sold as is. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing as Furbish does not guarantee the condition of each item.

6. **Negotiation Policy:** On March 30th, prices can be negotiated. Offers must be reasonable and are subject to acceptance by Furbish staff.

7. **Entry:** Admission to the sale is free. However, on March 29th, priority access might be given to those who arrive earlier.

8. **Safety and Security:** Bags may be inspected upon entry and exit. Furbish is not responsible for personal belongings.

9. **COVID-19 Precautions:** Please follow all local health guidelines regarding mask-wearing and social distancing during the sale.

10. **Parking:** Parking is available but limited. Carpooling is recommended.
