Winning bidders will be contacted to arrange either local pickup or shipping. If you live within 100 miles of ZIP code 97386 and prefer to have your items shipped, please email shipping@archivenw.com to request shipping. If a winning bidder lives more than 100 miles from 97386, we will assume you would like your items shipped. All buyers agree to pay any shipping fees associated with the delivery of their items.

We work with a trusted local third-party shipper who handles all packing and shipment of items from this auction. This third-party shipping coordinator will contact you directly with a shipping estimate before proceeding. All invoices must be paid in full before shipping arrangements are made.

Preview Date & Times: We encourage our bidders to preview our auctions ahead of time. Please contact the auction company for preview dates & times. info@archivenw.com. Preview appointments will be scheduled by appointment ONLY.

Checkout Date & Times: Pickups will be in Sweet Home, OR on Tues 11/25 from 10-6pm, and (for our Salem/Keizer/Portland buyers) Wed 11/26 from 10-12pm at Keizer Station.
