All sales are final. All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties expressed implied. Roadrunner Estate Sales and Services LLC makes every effort to accurately describe items; however, all descriptions are opinions and should not be relied upon as guarantees. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given for any reason.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash, Venmo and tap cards. No items may be removed until full payment has been received.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law unless a valid resale certificate is provided.
All items must be removed within the designated sale period unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyers are responsible for removal of large or heavy items and must bring appropriate help, tools, and transportation. Roadrunner Estate Sales and Services LLC is not responsible for loading or moving purchased items.
Roadrunner Estate Sales and Services LLC, property owners, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur on the premises. Entry is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or remove items from sale at any time.

ROADRUNNER IS LOADED AGAIN!
We’ve been digging, hauling, cleaning, pricing, and occasionally asking ourselves, “What the hell even IS this thing?”
And now it’s time to open the doors!
This sale is packed with the kind of stuff we LOVE finding: antiques, vintage treasures, primitives, old tools, glassware, collectibles, advertising pieces, cast iron, uranium glass, unusual lighting, Western pieces, fishing and outdoors stuff, jewelry, pottery, household treasures, and plenty of weird old things you didn’t know you needed until you saw them.
Basically, if you like digging through an estate sale where you genuinely have no idea what’s waiting around the next corner, this one’s for you.
We’ve got the good stuff.
We’ve got the weird stuff.
We’ve got the “Honey, get over here and look at this!” stuff.
And knowing us, we’ll probably still be dragging more through the door right up until sale day.
