No Presales, Holds, or Pre-Pricing: To keep sales fair for all customers, we do not presell items, hold inventory, or disclose prices via phone or email prior to opening the doors on day one.
Item Removal & Loading: Buyers are strictly responsible for removing, loading, and transporting all purchased items. Please bring appropriate vehicles, tools, boxes/packing material, and heavy-lifting help. Adam's Auctions staff is unavailable to assist with heavy lifting or loading.
Safety & Liability: Please watch your step and enter at your own risk. Adam’s Auctions and the property owner/homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property damage occurring on or around the premises.
Bags, Security & Conduct: Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses are subject to search or may be restricted inside the building. Surveillance cameras are in use on-site. Shoplifting or swapping price tags will result in immediate removal and prosecution.
