If you wish to preview any items, send a request to svauction@live.com, or call 610-216-2011. We will contact you to set up an appointment to meet at the vehicles location in Nazareth PA.
1) PAYMENT: Invoice will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged a deposit of $1,000.00 unless otherwise requested. Buyer's premium is15%. $1000 deposit charged to card on file, remaining balance must be paid for with guaranteed funds: Wire transfer, bank check, etc. If the $1,000 deposit is paid using the card on file, a 3% processing fee will be added. Buyers who wish to pay the full invoice amount by cash, wire transfer, certified funds, or other non-card methods may have this fee waived. Please notify us in advance if you intend to pay the full balance by one of these methods so that your card on file is not automatically charged.
2) PICKUP: Won Item can be picked up by appointment. You will need to meet our staff at a notary to transfer titles and pay the taxes, tag etc
3) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all items to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. If you have any questions regarding an item in this auction please call or email us.
Authenticity: Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller make any warranties of any kind with respect to any item in this auction. In no event shall auction house or seller be held responsible for implying any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc. All weights and measurements are approximate.
All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding aqugreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time
