Hello Buyers!

Below is our guide to how The Estate Dragon runs our sales:

1. We accept Cash, Venmo, Chip Enabled Credit/Debit Cards, and Tap to Pay. No Refunds

2. Please bring your own labor and transportation for the removal of large items and furniture. We can hold purchased items till the last day of sale. There are no refunds for items that are not picked up by then.

3. Address will be listed 3 hours before the opening time of the sale. Sign up for our newsletter at TheEstateDragon.com to get notified of the address the night before.

4. A numbered signup sheet will be posted an hour before sale

5. Large bags and totes are not permitted while shopping. You may leave them in your car or with a staff member during the sale.

6. Cameras may be installed throughout the home. By entering the sale, you acknowledge that you may be recorded.

7. A hold table will be available for customers to place items while they shop

8. Each customer will receive an itemized receipt at checkout. Once paid, the receipt will be stamped by our Cashier. Customers must show their stamped receipt to our doorman before leaving with purchased items.

9. Jewelry, smalls, and luxury items will be displayed at a separate counter. Items you wish to purchase will be held there until checkout.

10. Furniture and large items will have claim tags attached. To purchase these items, buyers must remove the bottom portion of the tag and present it at checkout. Furniture and large items cannot be purchased without the corresponding claim tag.

11. Standard sales run for 3 days unless otherwise stated in the listing:
• Day 1: Full Price
• Day 2: 25% Off
• Day 3: 50% Off
