PAYMENT: Shipping will not be combined with your invoice, it is a separate charge. CATALOG DESCRIPTIONS: Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold, but all property is being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS". No statement in this catalog, invoice, bill of sale, or elsewhere by any representative or person in the employee of Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, provenance, material of manufacture, metal content or assay, stone identification, weight, or size measurement, or historical relevance of any of the items offered for sale. Any potential Bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports on any offered lots and/or inspect said lots before bidding to determine the condition and if there are any repairs or restorations. CONDITION REPORT REQUESTS: Any requests received two day's before the Sale may not be answered. Questions cannot and will not be answered once the Auction has started. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. will endeavor to provide additional information as a courtesy, but it is only an opinion and should not be regarded as a statement of fact. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any items purchased and removed from the auction cannot be returned. If you prefer speaking to a live person, condition reports may also be obtained by telephone. BIDDING: The Auctioneer will attempt to follow bidding increments as precisely as possible, but retains the discretion to change increments and further reserves the right to reject any bid or raise in bid. As a service to our customers Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. offers Internet Bidding, both Absentee and Live, through Live Auctioneers. The Auctioneer is not liable for, nor has control of, online transmission speeds or bid increments placed by registered Live Auctioneer users. Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. reserves the right to limit lots offered for auction through Live Auctioneers and is not liable for any errors or failure in execution of any bid in connection with this process. Certain lots may be subject to a reserve or minimum price as agreed upon by Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. and the Consignor. The Auctioneer will execute the reserve on behalf of the Consignor. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS: Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. is not responsible for any typographical or other error or omission in this catalog or in any advertising connected to this sale. Alternatively, purchases may be picked up in person at Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. located at 521 Richmond Road in Bangor, Pa. Buyer's Premium: 18% on purchases in House Purchases with discount for cash or check and 23% to 25% depending on the Auction. Live Auctioneers Payment: HARTZELL'S AUCTION GALLERY INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. Payment must be made by cash, check, certified check or money order, WIRE TRANSFER (FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS) & Credit Card, buyer's who wish to pay through LiveAuctioneer's may do so directly and will incur a fee of 2.8%. If you do not wish to do so you can call Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. directly for payment. International Bidders - Wire Transfer Only. A service charge of $10.00 a day will be added each each day for storage fee to unpaid balances beginning the tenth (10) business days after the auction date.Once the total of storage has reached the total amount of the invoice, the items will be sold to cover the storage fees. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Purchases paid for using personal checks will be held until payment has cleared the bank. Non-US purchasers must make payment using a US dollar denominated check drawn on a US bank, or by international money order or wire transfer. There will be a $30.00 processing fee for all wire transfers. Taxes: All purchases are subject to a Pennsylvania State sales tax of 6% on the total purchase price, final bids plus the Buyer's Premium, as defined in paragraph 8 of the conditions of sale, unless the purchaser provides proof of exemption. Buyers claiming exemption from sales tax must submit appropriate documentation to Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. including a properly completed Pennsylvania State Resale Certificate or equivalent out of state resale authorization with business card or letterhead. Price Realized / Record of Winning Bidder: Please keep in mind that the items offered for sale are part of a live auction being held at 521 Richmond Road in Bangor, PA. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are not the same as bids left directly with the auction house. Live Auctioneers bids are executed by a Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. staff member from a proxy computer terminal located in the auction room. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Therefore, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bidders and other bidders. In such event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has sole discretion to aware the lot to the high bidder of his choosing, most often to the floor bidder. WINNING BID: Please keep in mind that most auctions conducted by Hartzell?s Auction Gallery Inc. are simultaneously on-line and live in our gallery at 521 Richmond Road in Bangor, PA. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are executed by a staff member in the physical auction room. Other competitive bids may include: bidders on the telephone, bidders present in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auction house. On occasion, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bids and other bidders. In such an event, the auctioneer has the discretion to award the winning bid to the in-person floor bidder or bid which was received earliest.

After this time period, the credit card used to register for the auction will automatically be charged for the full amount of invoice. Payment must be made to Hartzell?s Auction Gallery Inc. by Cash, Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer (International Buyers) or Credit Card. PayPal is not accepted for payment. Buyers who wish to pay directly through Live Auctioneers may do so, but will incur a transaction fee of 2.8% added to their total bill. SALES TAX: Internet Sales Tax Applies to All States Requiring it. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers before bidding. Online purchases from Hartzell?s Auction Gallery, Inc. may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details.
