Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are executed by a staff member in the physical auction room. Other competitive bids may include: bidders on the telephone, bidders present in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auction house. On occasion, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bids and other bidders. In such an event, the auctioneer has the discretion to award the winning bid to the in-person floor bidder or bid which was received earliest.
PAYMENT: Payment for purchases must be made or arranged within 3 days of receiving invoice. After this time period, the credit card used to register for the auction will automatically be charged for the full amount of invoice. Payment must be made to Hartzell?s Auction Gallery Inc. by Cash, Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer (International Buyers) or Credit Card. PayPal is not accepted for payment.
