Moving/Downsizing sale in Warrensville Thur-Fri May 29-30 starts 8:30am-3pm Thur Fri until 2pm

Our next sale is here! It will be held just outside of Warrensville and very close to the Winter Lumber Yard just outside of town.  This sale will be held on Thursday and Friday, May 29-30 and will start at 8:30 each day.  Thursday we will close at 3pm and Friday we will close at 2pm.   We do not anticipate this sale being open on Saturday.    The address will be 200 Chaapel Mountain Rd in Warrensville (Cogan Station postal code).  

To get to the sale from Loyalsock, travel north on Northway Rd and go past 973 at the heart-shaped pond and travel to the end of Northway Rd at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Rd.  Turn right onto Pleasant Valley Rd heading back towards Warrensville for 6/10ths of a mile.  Turn Left onto Chaapel Mountain Rd and the home is 2/10ths of a mile up the road on the right.   Park near the home and additional parking may be close to the home if the rain ever stops long enough. 

We will have both the basement area of the home as well as both levels of the garage available for shopping.  In this sale you can expect quality audio equipment, wiring, hunting and fishing items, tools, beer brewing system and much more which we will list below.   We will also be bringing in some pretty home decor and other items for the ladies to this sale which has not been photographed!

In this sale we have the following items for sale:

Furniture includes several end tables, a coffee table, two sofas with one being a very nice double reclining suede couch we had moved down from upstairs.  This suede couch cost over $1000 5 years ago and is priced very reasonably for the sale.  We also have another upholstered sofa downstairs along with several upholstered chairs.  There is also a modern open entertainment stand for sale   In outdoor furniture, we have a faux wicker set that is being sold with pads which need to be replaced.  However, we have another nice set of furniture in more of a modern Danish look for the outdoors too.   We have a modern desk (with no drawers, but it does have a keyboard mechanism built-in and is in great condition w a desk chair that can be purchased with it or separately. 

In tools, we have both modern tool sets and power equipment to some lighter shop equipment and a Craftsman Tool Box.  We also have an old carpenter’s tool box and a larger chest that was used by a carpenter to store tools in.  In old carpenter’s tools, we have very good condition set of Irwin Auger Bits in the original box and there is another set of auger bits in their original box too.  We also have a number of Miller Falls Braces.   There is an assortment of masonry and tile working tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, hand power tools and craftsman power saws.  There is a craftsman miter saw, a compound miter, and a craftsman table saw.  We also have a number of Porter Cable Pneumatic Nail Guns.   

In garden tools we have Stihl gas powered tools including a backpack sprayer, weed trimmer, chainsaws, and a hedge trimmer.   There is also a power washer/sprayer, a garden sprayer, gas cans, shovels and rakes, as well as a Werner 24” D ring ladder.  We also have a newer model Honda self-propelled mower with rear bagger.  

In audio Equipment, we have a nice surround sound set of Orb Speakers with a powered subwoofer, Audio Technica Headphones (ATH-M50x),  There is a Natural Sound Yamaha Receiver/Amplifier RX-397 and a Marshall Bluetooth AC/Powered speaker that really rocks!  We will also be selling a set of Polk Bookshelf Speakers.  There is  also have a nice selection of quality audio and video cables and gadgets from Monster and other great name products.  

There is also a very nice library of LP’s and CD’s.  The albums do have some scratching along the spines of the covers, but overall condition of the albums enclosed is very good.   Mostly a library of rock n’ roll from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

If you want a nice bike there is a really nice Trek Navigator 3.0 Mountain Bike and we also have a very clean bike rack to go into a receiver hitch. 

In fishing we have a Penn 440 SSG Spinning reel, Sienna 4000 reel and fishing pole, Silstar ct60B, Mitchell 300 pro spinning reel and much more including a nice Heddon Fly Rod in a tube with original cloth protection sleeve.  In hunting, we have trail cams with mounting hardware and straps, hunting clothing including Filson, Pendelton, Gander Mountain, Duluth, Woolrich and a nice assortment of Flannel Shirts.   A 10 Point crossbow with accessories.

For the outdoor adventurer we have a Modern Carbide Lamp with Magnetic Hardhat for cave exploring, Some climbing gear boots and more. 

In collectibles and interesting items we have in the  tool area a Lever Padlock by AD&D  and in the basement we have a Detrola Console Radio and a Apertura AD8 Dobsonian 8” Telescope as well as some exciting books such as Gray’s Anatomy Classic Collector’s Edition book, Winston Churchill Paperback 6 volume set, MC Escher Book, and other great WWII books.   We have a huge selection of beer trays with many of them being vintage.  There is also a Hudson Bay classic striped wool blanket.

There is also a selection of hardware items, lightbulbs, and much more in the garage.  As always, we do have box lots included in this sale in the garage along with lots of garden and home cleaning chemicals.  There is also a very nice gas grill with infra-red cooking by Char Broil which comes with its very own cover.
