HOW DO I ENTER THE HOUSE?
Entrance to the house is by a first come, first served system using a sign-up sheet prior to entrance, typically 1- 1 1/2 hour before house opens.
The garage/outdoor areas of homes are typically available to look thru 30 minutes before the home opens. These areas don’t require a number.
There are instances where a list will be started by the first individual that is at the house before the sale starts and our official sign-up sheet is available.
The individual who starts the list must stay on the premises with the list.
We will try to be reasonable with accepting the customer-initiated list, if it can be self-managed and is done so in good faith with the individuals signed up.
You MUST be present at the roll call time which is based on the order of sign-ups. Typically, we read off names 5 minutes before entry to the house. We limit the number of patrons in the home at one time, based on the square footage of the home, number of rooms, etc.
However, just because you aren’t in the first group of folks in the door, it doesn’t mean you won’t get what you came for. Everybody is after different things during a sale.
There will always be music playing during the sale. Usually you can count on free snacks and refreshments before the sale starts.
SAFETY FIRST
We only allow a limited number of patrons into the house at once. This ensures the safety of our staff and guests, the security of the home and its contents as well as helps to promote a more enjoyable estate sale experience by all.
HOW DO I HAUL ITEMS FROM THE SALE?
You are responsible for hauling your purchased items from the property the day of the sale. Arrangements can be made for larger item pick-ups within 1-2 days of the sale for larger items(bed sets, appliances, etc.) if timing allows.
We partner with a local delivery service for a fee based on the size of the item and the mileage traveled to deliver if needed. Please see a member of the staff for delivery service information .
We accept the following forms of

Greetings! Join us for an early Spring in-person sale in West Millcreek. This well-kept home features an equally well-kept selection of offerings that are all looking to be used and enjoyed by their next owner. Got a man-cave that's looking bare? We've got you covered....bring a truck if you are on the hunt for some well-maintained power equipment as well. As far as the furniture in the sale, just clear out some space in your car, SUV or throw your trailer on just in case you fall in love with it; the pieces are very nice, clean and looking for their next owner.
You'll find subtle nautical, Lake Erie decor pieces throughout the house that just may inspire you enough to swim across the lake.
Alleviate your cabin fever that's been pent up all Winter, come say "Hi", partake in the second-hand first movement, and hopefully leave satisfied, knowing that you are shopping in an extremely unique, cost effective and environmentally sustainable way. There's the store Home Goods, however, this is actually Home Goods. Have a look at the photos that will give you a sense of what will be offered. The rest you can discover on your own.
At least come over for a coffee/doughnut and light jazz playing in the house.
