We use a sign up sheet to enter the house. Our sign up sheet will be posted at 4:00 PM Friday and Saturday, please respect, don’t cross off names and be ready to line up to enter at 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday. We do not honor any other sign up sheets other than our own! Please bring help to move or load items.
PLEASE NOTE, DRIVEWAY IS ONLY OPEN FOR LARGE ITEM PICK UP. THERE IS A SHORT WALK TO HOUSE, BRING WEATHER APPROPRIATE SHOES AND BE READY TO CHANGE THEM OR PUT ON BOOTIES TO ENTER 1ST FLOOR OF RESIDENCE. THERE IS WHITE CARPET AND WE NEED TO PRESERVE IT FOR THE NEW OWNER. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone for our last sale of the year.  Here is our ask!  Parking will be limited to Old French Road, please try to park on one side and be careful of the lawn and ditches.  There is a short walk up the drive.  Please wear weather appropriate shoes.  We ask you to use booties or take shoes off for the first floor only.  We will allow vehicles up for loading only. 

We use a sign up sheet and admit people in order when we first open.  We will ask you if you want to go to the basement or into the house first and prioritize your entry.  We will place the sign up sheet at the end of the driveway on a shepherd’s hook.  Please don’t cross of names.  Thanks again for attending this fabulous sale!
