This is an appointment only sale due to restrictions . This home is packed with items. This is not our typical sale due to restrictions and so we are mainly looking for potential bulk buyers only as limited on how many can make an appointment. It is first come, first serve. Prices are great for all bulk buyers. For example, most of the clothing, shoes and purses are no more than $5 a piece. Books $1-$5. Furniture $10-$100 at most!
